AisleWeaver

AisleWeaver is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that improves warehouse slotting and pick paths using your existing WMS exports—no rip-and-replace. You upload order history, item master, and location maps; it then recommends: (1) which SKUs to move closer to shipping, (2) which items should be co-located based on co-pick frequency, and (3) pick-path sequences by zone that reduce travel time. It outputs practical move lists, heatmaps, and route sheets that supervisors can actually execute during slow shifts. The AI component focuses on pattern discovery (co-picks, seasonality, and congestion) while keeping rules-based constraints front and center (hazmat, weight, bin size, FIFO, temperature zones). It’s realistic: it won’t “solve” messy data, but it will quantify the cost of leaving things as-is and prioritize the top 20 moves that matter most.
