AlertTriage
AlertTriage is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that sits between your monitoring tools and your on-call humans. It ingests alerts from sources like Prometheus/Alertmanager, Datadog, CloudWatch, and Sentry, then deduplicates, correlates, and routes them based on service ownership, business hours, severity, and recent incident context. The core value is reducing “page fatigue” without asking teams to rebuild their monitoring stack. It provides a simple rules engine (first), plus an AI-assisted summarizer that turns a burst of alerts into one incident card with likely root-cause candidates, recent deploys, and top related dashboards/log queries. Realistically, this will live or die on integrations quality and trust: if it drops critical pages or feels opaque, teams will rip it out. The MVP should focus on one or two ecosystems and be extremely transparent about why each routing decision happened.
