AlignLedger

AlignLedger is a web app (with optional API) that helps mid-market companies and funds assess and document climate alignment of projects, capex plans, and portfolios against common frameworks (e.g., EU Taxonomy, SBTi-aligned pathways, and internal net-zero targets). Users import activity data (capex, energy use, revenue by segment) from ERP/spreadsheets, map it to economic activities, and generate an auditable “alignment pack” with assumptions, data lineage, and evidence links. It flags likely misalignment (e.g., fossil lock-in, missing transition plans, weak emissions baselines) and produces a board-ready summary plus a regulator/investor appendix. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify activities, extract evidence from documents, and draft narratives, but the core is rules-based scoring and traceable calculations. The app is realistic by focusing on documentation and defensible workflows, not pretending to perfectly measure everything.
