AllerGuard

AllerGuard is a web + mobile app for cloud kitchens that reduces costly allergen and dietary-order errors across multiple delivery platforms. It ingests orders from aggregators (via integrations or email/POS exports), flags allergen conflicts, and forces a simple “confirm or substitute” workflow before a ticket can be marked as in-progress. Staff get clear, color-coded prep steps, cross-contamination warnings, and packaging labels (including QR codes) that link to ingredient and allergen disclosures. Managers can maintain a single ingredient database mapped to menu items, variants, and substitutions, then push updates to all brands/menus in the kitchen. The app tracks near-misses, actual incidents, and root causes (ingredient change, staff shift, menu ambiguity), producing weekly risk reports. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify messy modifier text and detect likely allergen intent, but the system stays rule-based where it must be reliable.
