AllergyCard is a mobile + web app that creates a verified, restaurant-ready dietary and allergy profile for fine-dining guests and securely shares it with the restaurant before arrival. Guests build a profile (allergies, intolerances, religious restrictions, texture aversions, cross-contamination sensitivity, emergency contact) and can upload doctor notes if they want. Restaurants receive a standardized “kitchen brief” that fits service flow: clear do-not-serve lists, acceptable substitutes, severity level, and a required confirmation checklist from chef/manager. The app logs acknowledgements and last-minute changes so staff aren’t relying on a rushed phone call or a scribbled reservation note. This is not a reservation app; it’s a risk-reduction and experience-smoothing layer for high-spend meals where mistakes are costly. Monetization: restaurant SaaS + optional guest premium for profile verification and travel templates.
