AllergyLedger

AllergyLedger is a mobile + web app that helps households connect everyday symptoms to home conditions and habits. Users log quick “episodes” (sneezing, headaches, itchy eyes), then the app prompts likely contributors: humidity swings, cleaning products, pet zones, bedding age, HVAC filter changes, recent painting, or new furniture. It generates a simple weekly “Healthy Home Score” and a prioritized action list with estimated effort/cost (e.g., wash bedding hot weekly, switch to fragrance-free cleaner, replace MERV-rated filter, add door sweep, adjust dehumidifier target). It can optionally pull data from common sensors (Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Airthings) but doesn’t require hardware to be useful. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to spot patterns and suggest next best actions, but the core value works with manual logging. It’s realistic, not medical—clear disclaimers and exportable reports for clinicians.
