AllergyPass

AllergyPass is a mobile app (with a lightweight web portal) that turns a child’s allergy/asthma action plan into a scannable, time-sensitive “caregiver pass.” Parents create a profile with triggers, meds, dosing instructions, inhaler/spacer steps, ER preferences, and doctor contacts. For school, camps, babysitters, and relatives, the app generates a QR code that opens a read-only, always-current plan—no login required. It includes a simple symptom checklist (hives, wheeze, swelling, vomiting) that routes to the correct next step: monitor, antihistamine, inhaler, or epinephrine + call emergency services. The app also schedules medication/expiration reminders and logs incidents for pediatrician visits. This is not a medical device; it’s a communication and preparedness tool designed to reduce “I didn’t know what to do” moments when adults panic.
