AllergyTable is a mobile + web app that helps hosts plan holiday and celebration food around real dietary restrictions—without guesswork. You build a guest list, collect allergies/intolerances (nuts, gluten, dairy, sesame, etc.) and preferences (kosher/halal/vegan), then generate a safe menu plan with ingredient-level flags and cross-contamination warnings. It produces a shopping list, labels for serving dishes, and a “what’s safe for me” guest view via QR code. It also suggests simple swaps (e.g., dairy-free butter brands) and highlights high-risk items like shared fryers, flour dust, and unlabeled sauces. This is an AI + traditional app: AI assists with recipe parsing and risk detection, but the core value is structured data, checklists, and clear communication for guests. It’s not a recipe app; it’s a safety and coordination tool for home celebrations.
