AllerTable

AllerTable is a mobile + web app that helps pop-ups and supper clubs collect guest dietary needs, generate a service-ready allergen matrix, and print/serve consistent dish labels and staff cheat-sheets. Hosts send a booking link where guests select restrictions (allergies, intolerances, religious, preferences) and severity, then confirm cross-contact tolerance. The app converts recipes into standardized allergen tags (top allergens + custom) and produces a per-seating report: which guests can eat which dishes, required swaps, and “do-not-serve” flags. It also logs acknowledgements and provides a simple incident note workflow if something goes wrong. This is not a marketplace or ticketing tool; it’s operational risk reduction for small teams running one-night services. Expect some manual setup: hosts must enter ingredients accurately or the output is worthless.
