AlloyAudit

AlloyAudit is a web + mobile app that helps manufacturers and labs catch alloy/heat-lot mix-ups and out-of-spec chemistry before parts move downstream. Users scan a heat/coil/lot label (or import a COA PDF/CSV), then the app validates chemistry and key mechanical properties against the correct material spec and internal acceptance rules. It flags mismatches, missing elements, suspicious rounding, and unit errors, and creates a simple pass/fail report with traceable sign-off. The AI component focuses on messy inputs: extracting tables from COAs, normalizing element names/units, and mapping to the right spec revision. The traditional part is the rules engine, audit trail, and integrations. This is not a “materials encyclopedia”; it’s a quality gate designed to prevent expensive scrap, rework, and customer escapes.
