AllyMap

AllyMap is a web + mobile AI app that helps employees navigate office politics with less guesswork and fewer self-inflicted mistakes. Users log key interactions (meetings, 1:1s, feedback, conflicts) in a private journal and tag people, topics, and outcomes. The app turns those notes into an “influence map” that highlights who affects your work, who blocks decisions, and where incentives clash. It suggests low-risk next moves: who to pre-brief, what to document, how to phrase asks, and when to escalate. It also includes a “paper trail” mode that generates neutral, professional follow-up emails and meeting summaries to reduce he-said/she-said situations. Brutal truth: this won’t magically fix toxic cultures, but it can prevent you from stepping on landmines and help you protect your reputation and performance reviews.
