AltarRoster

AltarRoster is a mobile + web scheduling and service-flow app built for evangelical and charismatic churches that rely on rotating volunteers (worship team, audio, slides, prayer team, altar ministry, ushers). It replaces messy group chats and last-minute no-shows with role-based schedules, automated confirmations, and a simple “service run sheet” that everyone can follow. Leaders can set required positions per service, assign people by skill level, and instantly see coverage gaps. Volunteers get one-tap accept/decline, reminders, and a clear call time with notes (keys, song list link, mic assignments, prayer focus). It’s not a church management system; it’s a focused operations tool that small-to-mid churches can actually adopt without weeks of setup. The goal is fewer Sunday fires, less leader burnout, and more consistent, excellent services.
