Users can subscribe to a bill and get alerts only when specific sections, keywords, or fiscal notes change—cutting through spammy “bill updated” notifications. A lightweight AI layer summarizes the practical impact of each change and flags likely downstream effects (e.g., new reporting requirements, penalties, funding shifts) with citations back to the exact lines. The product is aimed at people who must react fast: policy staff, lobbyists, journalists, and advocacy orgs.
