It centralizes every bill’s amendment history into a clean timeline, links each amendment to the exact text it changes, and flags procedural deadlines that frequently get missed. It’s not a replacement for official legislative drafting systems; it’s a lightweight operational layer that staff can actually adopt without a six-figure procurement. The AI component summarizes amendment intent, highlights likely conflicts with existing sections, and generates plain-language change notes for internal briefings and public posting. The app focuses on reliability: audit trails, role-based permissions, and exportable reports that match typical clerk and committee workflows.
