AmendPulse

AmendPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for legislative analytics focused on the hardest-to-track part of lawmaking: amendments and committee markups. It ingests bills, amendment texts, committee schedules, votes, and hearing transcripts, then normalizes them into a single timeline with “what changed, when, and by whom.” An AI layer summarizes deltas between versions, flags poison pills, estimates passage probability by chamber/committee using historical patterns, and maps coalitions by sponsor/cosponsor and voting blocs. The product is realistic: it won’t “predict politics” perfectly, but it will save staff and lobby teams hours of manual diffing, spreadsheeting, and chasing updates across fragmented sources. It’s designed for subscription use with alerts, exportable reports, and an audit trail so users can defend conclusions to executives, clients, or leadership.
