AmendTrack

AmendTrack is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that tracks proposed constitutional amendments across jurisdictions and turns messy legislative documents into a clean, comparable timeline. It aggregates official sources (legislature sites, gazettes, election boards), normalizes statuses (introduced, committee, passed, referendum scheduled, adopted), and alerts users when language changes. The AI layer summarizes each draft, highlights differences between versions, and flags procedural red flags (missed deadlines, required supermajorities, publication rules) based on a configurable ruleset per jurisdiction. Users can follow specific topics (term limits, voting rights, judiciary structure), export briefings for stakeholders, and generate a citation-backed “what changed and why it matters” memo. This is not a voter persuasion tool; it’s an operational intelligence tool for people who must not miss a filing, a hearing, or a text revision.
