AmenityOps

AmenityOps is a web + mobile app for luxury residential buildings and high-end mixed-use properties to manage amenity reservations, staffing, vendor access, and resident communications in one place. It replaces the messy reality of email chains, paper sign-up sheets, and front-desk “tribal knowledge” with auditable workflows: pool/cabana bookings, private dining rooms, guest suites, move-in/out scheduling, elevator padding, valet requests, and service tickets. The app includes role-based access for residents, concierge staff, property managers, and vendors, with clear rules (capacity limits, quiet hours, deposit requirements, cancellation fees). It also generates operational reports (peak usage, staffing needs, revenue from paid amenities) so management can justify budgets and improve resident experience. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps triage requests, draft resident messages, and flag policy conflicts, but core operations stay deterministic and compliant.
