AmenityPilot is a web + mobile AI app for luxury resorts to reduce minibar, in-room, and turndown amenity waste while keeping guest satisfaction high. It connects to the PMS and housekeeping workflows, then predicts what each room is likely to consume (still vs sparkling water, pillow types, kids snacks, bath products, minibar items) based on stay pattern, guest profile signals, seasonality, and prior on-property behavior. Housekeeping gets a simple pick list per room; supervisors see exceptions and stockouts. Procurement gets demand forecasts and auto-generated reorder suggestions. The app also tracks “service failures” (missed requests, wrong items) and ties them to cost and reviews so ops can tune rules. This is not glamorous, but it targets a real margin leak resorts quietly accept because manual tracking is unreliable and staff turnover is constant.
