AnomalyScout is a web + desktop AI app that helps teams surface “unknown unknowns” by continuously scanning messy, low-signal data sources and turning them into actionable risk prompts. It connects to internal tools (Slack, Jira, incident logs, customer tickets) and external feeds (news, regulatory updates, supplier alerts) to detect unusual pattern shifts, emerging clusters of complaints, and early indicators that don’t fit existing risk registers. Instead of pretending to predict black swans, it produces short, evidence-linked “What changed?” briefs and forces structured decision hygiene: assumptions, confidence, counterfactuals, and pre-mortems. The app is designed for operational reality: noisy data, limited time, and stakeholders who hate false alarms.
