ApexCoach is a mobile + web AI app that turns raw track-day data into actionable coaching for driving schools and their students. Students upload a phone-mounted video plus optional OBD-II/CAN data (or a simple Bluetooth GPS puck). The app auto-detects corners, braking zones, throttle application, and consistency, then generates a short debrief: 3 priority fixes, corner-by-corner notes, and a drill plan for the next session. Instructors get a dashboard to review multiple students quickly, add voice notes, and export a “report card” that justifies coaching fees. It’s realistic: it won’t replace a pro coach, but it will save instructors time and give novices clear homework between events. Monetization is per-student seat or per-event bundle for schools, with a lighter direct-to-driver plan.
