APIChangelog

APIChangelog is a web app (with optional GitHub/GitLab integrations) that monitors your public APIs/SDKs and turns changes into a predictable, platform-friendly release process. It compares OpenAPI/GraphQL schemas and SDK surfaces across releases, flags breaking vs non-breaking changes, and generates human-readable changelogs with migration notes. It also provides a “consumer impact” view: which partners, apps, or internal teams use the affected endpoints, what versions they’re pinned to, and how risky the rollout is. The goal is not fancy docs—it’s reducing ecosystem churn and support load by making platform evolution explicit, measurable, and enforceable. It includes lightweight governance: release checklists, deprecation timelines, and automated notifications to registered consumers. This is a traditional app with AI-assisted writing (optional) for migration guidance and changelog summaries, not an “AI-first” product.
