APITrust

APITrust is a web app (with optional Slack alerts) that continuously monitors the health and risk of the integrations your ecosystem depends on—payment processors, CRMs, analytics, auth providers, and marketplace partners. It runs synthetic transactions and contract tests against critical endpoints, tracks schema and behavior drift, and correlates incidents with vendor status pages and your own logs. The product outputs a simple “integration reliability score” per vendor, plus a blast-radius map showing which internal services and customer workflows are impacted when an integration degrades. It also maintains an audit trail of changes (SDK updates, permission scope changes, webhook failures) so engineering and partner teams can quickly pinpoint what changed and who needs to act. This is not a magical AI ops tool; it’s pragmatic monitoring and governance for ecosystems where one flaky dependency can ruin customer trust.
