It centralizes user appeals, auto-collects context (post history, prior actions, policy references), and generates a structured “case file” for reviewers. An AI assistant drafts decision rationales and user-facing messages, but the workflow forces a human sign-off and logs every change for auditability. It includes SLA tracking, escalation rules, and a lightweight policy-to-reason mapping so teams can spot inconsistent enforcement and recurring edge cases. The product is realistic because it doesn’t promise perfect AI moderation; it focuses on the messy operational layer most teams actually struggle with: appeals, documentation, and consistency. It integrates with existing moderation tools via API/webhooks and exports defensible records for trust & safety reporting.
