AppealFlow is a web app (with optional mobile reviewer companion) that helps platforms and communities manage content moderation appeals end-to-end. Instead of appeals living in email threads and spreadsheets, it centralizes evidence, policy citations, reviewer notes, and final outcomes with a clear audit trail. It includes AI-assisted triage that clusters similar appeals, flags missing context (e.g., original post, prior strikes), and drafts decision rationales that reviewers can edit—without auto-deciding. The product focuses on operational reality: queues, SLAs, reviewer assignment, escalation paths, and reporting for regulators/partners. It also supports “policy versioning,” so decisions are tied to the exact policy text in effect at the time. This is not a magic ‘moderation AI’; it’s workflow software that reduces backlog, inconsistency, and legal exposure while keeping humans accountable.
