AppealPilot

AppealPilot is a web + mobile app that helps people and caseworkers manage social security benefit appeals without missing deadlines or submitting incomplete evidence. Users enter their denial letter details (or upload a photo/PDF), then the app builds a step-by-step checklist: required forms, evidence types, due dates, and where/how to submit. It generates a plain-language appeal narrative template tailored to the denial reason, and keeps a secure “evidence vault” for documents, doctor notes, work history, and communications. A timeline view shows what’s done, what’s pending, and what’s risky. It also supports advocates with multi-client dashboards, reminders, and exportable packets. This is not a magic “win your case” tool; it’s a compliance-and-organization product that reduces avoidable losses caused by missed steps, poor documentation, and confusion.
