AppealPilot is a web + mobile AI-assisted patient advocacy app that helps patients and caregivers fight insurance denials without getting lost in paperwork. It guides users through building a complete appeal packet: denial reason parsing, required documents checklist, clinician letter templates, and a timeline with hard deadlines. Users upload EOBs, denial letters, prior auth forms, and medical records; the app extracts key fields, flags missing items, and generates a plain-language appeal narrative tailored to the plan’s stated denial rationale. It also produces a “doctor-ready” one-page summary clinicians can sign or adapt, because provider time is the bottleneck. The app tracks calls, reference numbers, and outcomes, and can export a single PDF packet for fax/email/mail. It’s not magic: it won’t guarantee approvals, but it can dramatically reduce the chaos and missed deadlines that cause avoidable losses.
