AppetiteMap
AppetiteMap is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps teams turn vague “risk appetite” statements into measurable thresholds tied to real decisions. It guides leaders through a structured workshop flow to define appetite by category (financial, operational, compliance, reputational, cyber), then converts those into metrics, limits, and escalation rules. Teams can attach appetite thresholds to projects, vendor approvals, product launches, and policy exceptions, producing a simple “within appetite / outside appetite” decision record. The app includes lightweight scenario testing: plug in assumptions (probability, impact ranges, uncertainty) and see whether the decision breaches agreed limits. It’s not a magic oracle—inputs are messy—so it focuses on transparency, auditability, and repeatability rather than pretending to predict the future. Exportable reports support board packs, regulators, and internal audits without weeks of spreadsheet wrangling.
