AppraisalKit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps P&C carriers and MGAs standardize and speed up property valuations for underwriting and renewals. It guides underwriters through a structured valuation workflow: occupancy and construction inputs, local cost indices, condition flags, and photo/document capture. The app produces a defensible replacement-cost estimate with an audit trail, assumptions, and a clear confidence score—so teams can justify limits and reduce underinsurance disputes. It integrates with common policy admin/CRM systems via API and exports a clean valuation report for the file. This is not a magic “one-click” valuation; it’s a practical tool that reduces inconsistent spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and back-and-forth with agents. An AI component can extract key details from submissions and photos, but the core is rules-based and transparent to satisfy compliance and internal governance.
