Employers get a simple weekly workflow: approve tasks, rate performance, flag safety issues, and schedule assessments. Training providers see progress dashboards, hours tracking, and audit-ready reports for regulators or funding bodies. The AI layer helps by auto-tagging evidence to likely competencies, summarizing weekly performance notes, and detecting missing requirements before a learner falls behind. This is not a “learning content” app; it’s operational plumbing for apprenticeship compliance and communication between apprentice, employer, and provider. Monetize per active apprentice seat with employer add-ons and provider admin licenses.
