APRFlip

APRFlip is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps people use balance-transfer and 0% intro APR offers without accidentally digging a deeper hole. Users connect their credit cards, and the app identifies which balances are most expensive, which cards have upcoming promo expirations, and what transfer offers they’re likely to qualify for (based on soft signals and user-entered profile data). It then builds a month-by-month payoff and transfer schedule that accounts for transfer fees, minimum payments, statement cycles, and promo end dates. The AI layer explains tradeoffs in plain language and flags “bad deals” (e.g., a transfer fee that wipes out interest savings). It also sends deadline alerts and auto-generates call scripts to request retention APR reductions or fee waivers. This is not a magic wand: it won’t fix overspending, but it can prevent costly promo mistakes and optimize payoff order.
