AquaPermit

AquaPermit is a web app (with optional mobile field companion) that helps small water utilities, farms, and environmental consultants assemble groundwater permit and reporting packages without drowning in spreadsheets and scattered PDFs. Users pick their jurisdiction and permit type, then follow a guided checklist that auto-generates required forms, a monitoring schedule, and a submission-ready document bundle. The app centralizes well metadata, pumping logs, meter readings, lab results, and site photos, then flags missing items and deadline risks. An AI assistant can summarize historical pumping and water-quality trends into plain-language narratives that agencies expect, but it won’t “invent” data—everything is traceable to uploaded sources. Realistically, the value is in reducing rework, late fees, and consultant hours, not in magical groundwater prediction. Pricing targets organizations that already spend money on compliance but hate the admin overhead.
