ArbitraKit
ArbitraKit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for courts, court-connected ADR programs, and arbitration/mediation providers to manage the full lifecycle of a case: intake, party onboarding, conflict checks, scheduling, secure messaging, document exchange, fee tracking, and outcome reporting. It focuses on “boring but critical” operational reliability rather than trying to replace neutrals. The AI component is limited and practical: it auto-classifies incoming matters, extracts key dates/terms from filings, drafts neutral status-update templates, and flags missing consent forms or required disclosures. The product is designed for government procurement realities: role-based access, audit logs, retention policies, and exportable reports for oversight. It reduces staff time spent chasing signatures, coordinating calendars, and compiling monthly program metrics—work that currently slows down ADR throughput and frustrates parties.
