ArcadeScout

ArcadeScout is a mobile app for players who are tired of showing up to find broken cabinets, dead guns, missing cards, or half the machines turned off. Users check in at arcades, barcades, bowling alleys, and family entertainment centers to report real-time machine status (working, partially broken, out-of-order), wait times, pricing quirks, and whether key attractions are actually open. The app ranks venues by “playability” and freshness of reports, not just star ratings. Operators can claim a venue to post maintenance updates, promotions, and hours, but the core value stays player-driven. It’s not glamorous: the hard part is building enough local coverage. The MVP focuses on a few cities and a tight loop of reporting, verification, and discovery so the data doesn’t rot.
