ARCForge

ARCForge is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for self-publishing authors to run ARC teams without messy spreadsheets, inbox chaos, or unreliable “street teams.” Authors create a campaign, set eligibility rules (genre fit, platform presence, past follow-through), and invite readers via a shareable application link. The app manages approvals, delivers files securely (epub/mobi/pdf), and schedules reminders for key milestones: download, finish date, review window, and optional launch-day posting. Readers submit structured feedback (typos, pacing notes, sensitivity flags) and optionally link proof of review posts. A simple dashboard shows who actually follows through over time, helping authors build a dependable pool. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps summarize feedback themes and detect repeated issues, but the core value is workflow, accountability, and audit trails.
