ArchakaOps is a mobile + web operations app for Hindu temples and priests to manage daily pujas, bookings, donations, and volunteer coordination in one place. Most temples still rely on notebooks, WhatsApp, and memory—leading to double-bookings, missed sankalpas, and awkward disputes about fees and timing. This app provides a simple calendar for rituals (nitya/naimittika/special), devotee booking intake (online + walk-in), automated receipts, and priest scheduling with role-based access for trustees and office staff. It also supports standardized “seva packages” with clear pricing, time slots, required items, and language-specific instructions for devotees. It’s not glamorous, but it’s practical: fewer phone calls, fewer misunderstandings, better transparency, and a cleaner audit trail. Optional AI helps translate devotee requests, auto-fill sankalpa fields, and generate daily task lists from bookings.
