ArchSentry
ArchSentry is a web app (with optional CLI) that continuously checks whether your running systems still match your intended architecture. You connect it to your cloud accounts and Kubernetes clusters, then define lightweight “architecture rules” (e.g., service-to-service boundaries, allowed data stores, network paths, encryption requirements). The app builds an always-current dependency graph from real telemetry and config (deploy manifests, IAM, network policies), flags violations, and opens actionable tickets with evidence. It’s not a diagram tool; it’s a guardrail that detects drift caused by quick fixes, emergency changes, and organic microservice sprawl. The MVP focuses on one environment (Kubernetes + AWS) and a small set of high-value rules that map to security and reliability outcomes. Expect some false positives early; the product wins by being transparent about confidence and showing exactly what it observed and where.
