AreaProof is a web + mobile app that prevents service businesses from accidentally booking work outside their real coverage. It lets you draw precise service areas (polygons, drive-time zones, exclusions) and then validates every incoming lead or scheduled job address against those rules. If an address is out-of-bounds, it can auto-block the booking, reroute it to the right branch/crew, or quote a surcharge based on distance/time. The app plugs into your existing intake flow (web forms, call center, CRM) via simple API and Zapier-style connectors, and provides a clean audit trail for why a job was accepted or rejected. It also highlights “coverage gaps” where you’re losing leads and suggests new micro-zones worth opening based on demand density. This is not a map toy—it’s an operational guardrail that reduces refunds, angry customers, and wasted dispatch time.
