ARFitAudit

ARFitAudit is a mobile spatial-computing app that lets users scan a room and test-fit real products (furniture, appliances, equipment) at true scale with collision and clearance checks. Instead of “looks about right” AR previews, it focuses on measurable constraints: doorways, stairwells, turning radius, wall outlets, ventilation gaps, and service access. Users import product dimensions via barcode/URL/spec sheet, then the app flags “won’t fit” risks and generates a simple checklist for delivery/install crews. It also exports a shareable link with annotated screenshots and measurements for contractors or family members. This is not magic: accuracy depends on device sensors and user scanning discipline, so the app includes a confidence meter and prompts for re-scan when uncertainty is high. Monetization can be per-project, pro subscriptions for installers, and affiliate/referral fees with retailers.
