ArmoryAudit is a mobile + web app for National Guard and Reserve units to track sensitive items, weapons accessories, comms gear, and high-value equipment with fast, auditable inventories. It replaces messy spreadsheets and last-minute wall-to-wall counts with barcode/QR scans, chain-of-custody handoffs, and discrepancy workflows that create a clean paper trail. The app supports offline scanning in armories and field environments, then syncs when connectivity returns. Leaders get dashboards for overdue hand receipts, missing components, and upcoming cyclic inventories. It also generates exportable inventory packets and discrepancy reports aligned to unit SOPs, reducing the time and embarrassment of failed inspections. This is not glamorous software: it’s operational hygiene that prevents real pain—lost gear, financial liability statements, and command scrutiny.
