ArrearsNudge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that automates rent collection communications for small landlords and property managers who don’t want to chase tenants manually. It connects to your bank feed and/or payment processor, detects missed or partial payments, and triggers a configurable sequence of reminders via SMS/email/WhatsApp with respectful tone options and local compliance templates. Tenants get a simple portal to pay, set up autopay, request a short extension, or upload proof of payment. The system logs every message and payment event to create a clean audit trail for disputes. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI drafts and personalizes reminders, summarizes tenant conversations, and flags accounts likely to go delinquent based on payment patterns. It’s not a full property management suite—just a focused arrears workflow that plugs into what users already have.
