ARStockTag is a mobile AR app for warehouses that overlays bin IDs, pick paths, and item photos directly onto shelves using the phone camera. Workers scan a location marker (QR/AprilTag) at the aisle entrance, and the app anchors a simple map so the next picks appear as big, readable arrows and shelf highlights. It also supports quick exception handling: if an item is missing, the worker can tap “not found,” capture a photo, and the task reroutes automatically. This is not a sci‑fi headset product—phones are the point: low cost, easy rollout, and minimal training. The MVP focuses on small-to-mid warehouses that still rely on paper pick lists or basic WMS screens. It integrates with common inventory systems via API/CSV and provides basic analytics on pick time, error rates, and bottlenecks.
