ArtConcierge is a web + mobile app that coordinates the most failure-prone parts of collecting: shipping, packing, insurance certificates, customs paperwork, condition checks, and installation scheduling. Collectors and their assistants create a “move” for a work, upload invoices/COAs, set pickup/drop-off windows, and get matched to vetted fine-art shippers and handlers with transparent quotes and SLAs. The app generates a standardized condition report workflow (photos, notes, signatures) at pickup and delivery, stores all documents in a single timeline, and pings stakeholders when something is late or missing. It’s not trying to be a marketplace for art; it’s an operations layer that reduces costly mistakes, disputes, and time wasted chasing vendors. AI is used only for document extraction (invoices, COAs, airway bills) and anomaly flags (missing fields, mismatched dimensions/values).
