ArtDocket

ArtDocket is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for small-to-mid galleries and independent artists to manage the unglamorous, failure-prone side of exhibitions: consignment terms, pickup/drop-off windows, condition reports, insurance certificates, invoices, and shipping paperwork. It replaces scattered email threads and spreadsheets with a single “docket” per artwork and per show, including a timeline of required actions and who owes what. The app generates standardized PDFs (consignment agreements, loan forms, packing lists) and collects e-signatures, then stores everything in a searchable archive for audits and disputes. A rules-based reminder system flags missing documents before opening night, and a simple barcode/QR scan flow helps staff verify works during intake and deinstall. This is a traditional app with a small AI assist for document extraction and auto-filling fields from uploaded PDFs and emails.
