ArtHouseLog is a mobile + web app for high-end homeowners to inventory and manage everything that makes a premium home expensive to run: designer furniture, art, custom millwork, appliances, AV systems, smart-home gear, and specialty finishes. Users capture items via photo, receipt upload, and serial/QR scan, then store warranty terms, service history, installer contacts, and care instructions (e.g., stone sealing schedules, leather conditioning, HVAC filter specs). The app generates a “home dossier” that’s actually useful when something breaks, when you’re filing an insurance claim, or when you’re selling and need proof of provenance and maintenance. It also supports sharing limited access with house managers, assistants, or vendors so tasks get done without endless texting. This is not a shopping app; it’s the operational layer for owning premium stuff without losing paperwork and time.
