ArtLedger

ArtLedger is a web + mobile app (traditional app with light AI) that helps collectors and small galleries track what they actually own, what it cost, and where it is—without the chaos of spreadsheets. Users log artworks with purchase price, fees, shipping, insurance, storage location, condition notes, and documents (invoice, COA, emails). The app builds a true “all-in cost basis” per work and per artist, plus simple performance snapshots using public auction comps where available. Light AI is used only to extract fields from invoices and emails (date, seller, amount, lot info) and to suggest standardized artist/title formatting—no magical price predictions. It also generates export-ready reports for insurers, accountants, and estate planning. The goal is boring reliability: accurate records, fast retrieval, and fewer expensive mistakes when moving, insuring, or selling art.
