AsBuiltLens

AsBuiltLens is a mobile + web app (AI + traditional) that helps architects keep BIM/CAD models aligned with what’s actually built. Teams capture structured photo walks on site; the app auto-organizes images by location, detects deviations (missing walls, shifted openings, MEP clashes, ceiling grid changes), and generates a punch-list of “model update tasks” with annotated evidence. It doesn’t pretend to fully rebuild your Revit model—its realistic value is triage: highlighting what changed, where, and how confident the detection is. A web dashboard lets the architect assign issues to the right consultant, export a BCF/issue package, and maintain an audit trail for RFIs and change documentation. The goal is fewer surprise redraws late in CA, faster coordination, and clearer accountability between field conditions and design intent.
