AsBuiltScan is a mobile + web app that helps small-to-mid architecture firms and builders capture “as-built” changes without drowning in paperwork. On site, users take structured photo sets (walls, MEP runs, ceilings) and add quick voice notes. The AI app transcribes, extracts key change items (dimensions mentioned, relocated outlets, shifted door swings), and auto-generates a punch-list style log tied to rooms and dates. Back at the office, teams review, approve, and export a clean change summary (PDF/CSV) to share with clients or to inform updated drawings. This won’t magically produce permit-ready drawings; it’s a workflow tool to reduce missed changes, lost context, and end-of-project scramble. The value is speed, consistency, and searchable documentation, not perfect geometry.
