AskStack

AskStack is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that captures, ranks, and resolves questions from town halls and all-hands—without turning into another chat firehose. Employees submit questions before and during the event, optionally anonymously, and the system groups duplicates, surfaces the most representative phrasing, and shows real-time voting. After the event, every unanswered question becomes a tracked item with an owner, due date, and a public status page (per company or per audience segment). The app generates a clean “What we heard / What we answered / What we’ll follow up on” recap and pushes it to Slack/Teams and email. It also provides a simple trust dashboard: response rate, median time-to-answer, and recurring themes over time. This is an AI + traditional app: AI is used for deduping, clustering, and recap drafting, but the core value is the accountability workflow.
