AssayGuard
AssayGuard is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that monitors qPCR/ELISA/NGS run quality over time and flags subtle drift before it becomes a costly failure. Teams upload instrument exports (CSV/PDF) or connect via a lightweight agent that watches designated folders and auto-ingests new runs. The app normalizes key QC metrics (Ct distributions, control performance, plate effects, batch variance), learns each assay’s baseline, and alerts when trends indicate reagent degradation, calibration issues, operator effects, or environmental changes. It generates audit-ready reports for CAP/CLIA/ISO workflows and creates a shared “assay health” dashboard across sites. This is an AI + traditional app: AI is used for anomaly detection and root-cause suggestions, but users can always inspect raw metrics and rules. The goal is fewer failed runs, faster investigations, and more trustworthy longitudinal data.
