AssayLedger

AssayLedger is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) that standardizes biomarker assay metadata and quality signals across labs and CROs. Teams upload run outputs (CSV/PDF exports from ELISA, qPCR, LC-MS, flow) and the app generates a structured “assay bill of materials”: reagents/lots, instrument IDs, calibration curves, control performance, sample handling timestamps, and deviations. It flags common failure patterns (drift, plate effects, control outliers, lot-to-lot shifts) and produces an audit-ready QC packet for internal review or sponsor delivery. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules for QC thresholds plus AI extraction from messy PDFs and free-text run notes. Reality check: it won’t replace LIMS or validate assays for you; it’s a pragmatic layer that reduces rework, missing metadata, and painful sponsor queries.
